Services Small Business Development Center The Mission of the ECC SBDC is to provide free business counseling and low-cost training programs for existing and startup businesses in the area. For over 15 years the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at ECC has provided business counseling and support to entrepreneurs and existing businesses. We’ve done this by providing businesses with the resources needed to solve business-related problems and take advantage of new opportunities. We have assisted numerous companies to obtain loans and to start or expand their businesses, which have created or retained jobs. Sells services to: Directly to Consumers, Other Businesses When working with other businesses, services are most needed:
