Leo knows what it takes to leave the corporate world and successfully start multiple businesses. After spending about 20 years in a corporate career, Leo chose to leave working for someone else to get control of his future. He understands the challenges of transitioning from corporate life to business ownership. Prior to 2002, Leo spent 20 years in corporate America, working for some very large corporations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Philip Morris / Miller Brewing and US Bank. Leo is now involved in multiple entrepreneurial endeavors.
The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES) - Leo is a consultant with The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES) in Naperville, IL, since 2002. As a TES consultant, provides placement coaching services to help clients get started successfully with franchising opportunities - either with a new location or to purchase an existing franchise for sale. His approach to helping others is to first educate them about what it takes to be a successful business owner. Leo has developed his own exclusive Validation Guidebook to guide clients through each step in the process.
Leo also provides consulting services for existing business owners who are looking to improve the performance of their business.
Great Clips Salons - Leo also has extensive experience as a five (5) unit owner of Great Clips salons, having salons operating in the western suburbs of Illinois as well as in northwestern Indiana. He and his wife opened their first Great Clips salon in Romeoville, IL in 2003. They now have 5 salons open (www.MaRBLsalons.com) and are looking forward growing their salon portfolio in the coming years.

Jeff
Bishop
Jeff is an enthusiastic, highly resourceful business professional with the demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead individuals and businesses to produce consistent, outstanding results. He is, also, a strategic thinker who can assist others in evaluating alternatives, developing a vision for the organization, and developing a plan for success. He has been described as results-oriented and an innovative facilitator adept at building businesses with the ability to think creatively, design and execute business plans that exceed business objectives.
Having graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Jeff started his business career with IBM in Louisville, Kentucky. He held numerous positions within IBM including sales management, sales trainer, marketing director, and strategic planner. He then held various positions including Branch Manager and Area Director for smaller technology companies including Entex Information Services, LAN Systems, and Winstar Communications. His expertise centered on strategy development, solution development and packaging and execution of the strategy for these organizations. He has extensive experience in working with people as a first-line manager, branch manager, and director. In addition, he has experienced "first-hand" multiple transitions between various companies which were acquired, sold, or merged. His vast experience in the business environment has afforded him the opportunity to work with hundreds of individuals.
In addition to his degree from the University of Kentucky, he has completed some post-graduate work at Bellarmine College. He received his Coaching training from the Coach Training Program in Nashville, Tennessee and is currently receiving additional training and certifications through the Coach Training Institute. His most recent affiliation is with Duct Tape Marketing, where he earned authorization as a Duct Tape Marketing Coach.
Jeff lives in Naperville, Illinois with his wife of 27 years, Emily, and two sons. He is passionate about sports, enjoys reading, listens intently to music and enjoys playing golf, most of the time!
