Leo is involved in multiple entrepreneurial endeavors. First, he is a consultant with The Entrepreneur’s Source in Naperville, IL, since 2002. As a TES consultant, he specializes in helping clients explore franchising opportunities looking for either a new location or to purchase an existing franchise for sale. His approach to helping others is to first educate them about what it takes to be a successful business owner. The next step is to use the information from his client's profile to find opportunities that show strong potential for meeting his client's goals.
Leo also has extensive experience as a multi-unit owner of Great Clips salons, having salons operating in the western suburbs of Illinois as well as in northwestern Indiana. He and his wife opened their first Great Clips salon in Romeoville, IL in 2003. They now have 5 salons open (www.MaRBLsalons.com) and are looking forward growing their salon portfolio in the coming years. Lastly, Leo and his wife have been investing in commercial real estate for over 10 years. Leo's wife is similarly involved with multiple businesses, serving as CFO for a family owned business in Milwaukee. Leo chose to leave corporate life at the peak of his career to get control of his future. He understands the challenges of transitioning from corporate life to business ownership. Prior to 2002, Leo spent 20 years in corporate America, working for some very large corporations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Philip Morris / Miller Brewing and US Bank.

C. Gordon Moose has over ten years in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Banking, CRE
Mortgage Brokerage, CRE Brokerage, Property Management, and Land Development.
With his deep experience in Commercial Real Estate, Carl has answers for those
questions asked by investors that have not yet crossed the $ 50M mark in CRE
Investing.Initially exposed to Commercial Real Estate as a bank analyst and underwriter, C. Gordon was trained to “Find The Deal” when evaluating large CRE transactions and CRE portfolios. Often times this meant being the bearer of bad news when there was no deal to be found. This experience led to Vice President positions with the 2nd largest CRE lender in the US, and the 4th largest international bank doing CRE deals in North America.
After spending nearly 8 years between these banks, C. Gordon took his CRE Career to the streets, establishing a CRE Brokerage Company, CRE Mortgage Company, and, out of necessity, a CRE Property Management Company. With over 100 properties under direct control, and nearly 500,000 square feet of commercial space under management, C. Gordon Moose has the experience to answer your questions…..And if he doesn’t have the answer, he knows where to find it.
Over the past 12 months, C. Gordon has been asked to formalize his training programs (including his exclusive personal “Library of Forms”) to deliver and give back all that he has been exposed to in CRE.
